Terms of Service
Terms applying to the use of the JOVLAN customer platform and engineering services. Version 2026-08-01.
Your account
- Accounts are personal to the registered user and must not be shared.
- You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity carried out under your account.
Service requests
- A service request is an enquiry. It does not create a contract until a quotation is issued and accepted.
- You are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the project information and documents you supply.
Quotations and negotiation
- A quotation sets out the scope, deliverables, schedule and price JOVLAN is prepared to deliver.
- You may propose a different amount through the platform. A proposal is a request for consideration and is not an agreed price until JOVLAN issues a revised quotation that you accept.
- The accepted quotation controls the agreed commercial scope.
Deliverables and formats
- A deliverable format selected during a service request is a stated preference, not an entitlement.
- Availability of native/editable files may depend on the service scope, software licensing, intellectual-property requirements and the accepted quotation.
- Changes to deliverable requirements after quotation or project commencement may affect scope, schedule or price and are subject to JOVLAN review.
Confidentiality
- JOVLAN treats project details, drawings and documents you submit as confidential project information.
- Access is restricted to authorised personnel involved in delivering or administering your service.
Intellectual property
- Documents you supply remain yours. Deliverables issued by JOVLAN are licensed for the agreed project purpose as set out in the accepted quotation.
Changes to these terms
- These terms may be updated. The current version is 2026-08-01. Material changes will be communicated to registered users.
