Technical records created when you use the platform, including submission date and time, network address, approximate location and device information, retained for security and audit purposes.

To create and administer your JOVLAN account.
To review, quote, deliver and administer the engineering services you request.
To communicate with you about your requests, quotations, projects, documents and invoices.
To maintain records required for security, audit, quality and legal or regulatory purposes.

Project details, drawings and documents submitted to JOVLAN are handled as confidential project information.
Access is limited to authorised personnel involved in delivering or administering your service, and access controls are enforced by the platform.
We do not sell your information, and we do not use your project documents for unrelated purposes.

Consent given at registration covers account creation, service delivery and related business communications only.
Any optional marketing communications are handled separately and require a distinct opt-in that you may withdraw at any time.

Information is stored using access-controlled cloud infrastructure with authentication, role-based access and row-level access rules.
Documents are stored in restricted storage and served through time-limited links to authorised users.
We retain information for as long as needed to deliver the service and to meet legal, contractual and audit obligations.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, subject to records we must retain.
You may withdraw optional consents at any time.
